1992: Foundation

2019: Expansion

2026: The Present

CCO is established in Australia to deliver foundational ministry training and English literacy programs directly to regional communities.

We launch Take It For Granted and transitional pastoral care, equipping churches with professional administrative and leadership scaffolding.

Expanding internationally, we partner with churches to provide strategic leadership coaching.

▸ THE NEXT CHAPTER

Sustaining local ministry.

We continue to build the practical frameworks that allow churches to thrive independently. Our focus remains on equipping, not replacing.
