FOUNDER PROFILE

Decades of active ministry.

Pastor Michael Parker established Creative Community Outcomes to bridge the gap between dreams and reality. His leadership brings decades of active ministry and community experience, equipping local Australian churches and the community with sound practice and real-world tools.

For over 35 years Michael has pastored churches in 3 states of Australia and worked for higher education, local government, not for profits and Australia Aid focusing on youth and first nations.

Michael has been married to Judy for 48 years and they have 5 children and 8 grandchildren. When not working he can be found playing golf or driving his vintage muscle cars. One day he hopes to finish his 45 dream to build a hotrod.

THE JOURNEY

Bridging vision and structure.

Equipping the local church.

True leadership development is about equipping, not replacing. By focusing on practical stewardship and ministry capability, we prepare local leaders to excel in both spiritual depth and operational execution.

A pastoral foundation.

Serving local congregations across regional and metropolitan Australia revealed a recurring challenge: many communities possess deep spiritual vision but lack the structural scaffolding needed to sustain community impact over the long term.

This journey led to the development of structured leadership modules, transitional pastoral care frameworks, and practical grant discovery methods designed to build lasting organizational health and theological clarity.

NEXT STEPS

Strengthen your ministry capability.

Whether your congregation requires short-term transitional pastoral care, structured leadership coaching, or practical assistance with grant discovery, we provide the strategic support to help your community thrive.
